Present:  Garris Connor, Timm Hackett, Linda Ingalls, Kathy Misulis (Recorder for meeting), Carl Swanson; Keith Sylvester, Christine Zoller

 

  1. Discussion related to review and schedule for codes (full review) and/or amendments.
  2. College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) Unit Code Amendments:  Motion made and seconded to approve amendments.  Motion carried and CAHS Unit Code Amendments were approved.  However, it was noted that there is a need to further discuss issues noted by the UCSC.  Timm Hackett has asked for a list of inconsistencies/issues.  He will draft a document and send to the CAHS representative.
  3. Review of College of Technology and Computer Science Code as follows:

  • Update Provost’s title throughout to read “Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs.”
  • Page 2. lines 63-64:  Replace “Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs” with “Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs.”
  • Page 2. line 73:  Delete “Permanently tenured, tenure-track” with “Tenured, probationary term.”
