Minutes of the University Environment Committee

Meeting of March 22^th, 2007

Schmidt ( Faculty Senate Representative )

Absent: House, Bowman, Glascoff

Ex officio members present: Koch, Griffin

Absent: Jones (student member), Core ,Gill, Mize

1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Charles Hodson at 3:30PM

2. There was not a quorum of members at the meeting so that no official actions could be taken.

3. The committee discussed the Report on the Area Near the Softball and Baseball Fields and the Campus Greenspace Report. Jill Twark agreed to take the draft reports and to edit them and return the edited versions for the committee to discuss further.

4. Charles Hodson agreed to contact John Gill to obtain the campus Greenspace map that will be presented with these two reports when it is presented to Faculty Senate.

5. The next meeting of this committee will be on April 26^th at 3:30PM in 142 Rawl Annex
