CONFLICTS OF INTEREST BROUGHT AGAINST EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEMBERS
OR ADMINISTRATORS HOLDING FACULTY STATUS.*
VIII. Annual
Report
Each
July the Grievance Board shall publish an annual report detailing statistics about the complaints received and
processed in the previous year. The
statistics include but are not limited to:
1. The total number of complaints
received.
2. A summary of the types and frequency of
complaints.
3. A breakdown of the number of complaints
resolved at Level One vs. Level Two.
4. Disciplinary actions taken by the
University.
The
annual report is available on request at the Faculty Senate office, and is
distributed to every member of the faculty and administration. Personally identifying information regarding
complainants and respondents will not be disclosed.
