Faculty Senate Resolution 09-12 Revised ECU Faculty Manual, Appendix D., Section VI. Due Process Before Discharge or the Imposition of Serious Sanctions. I am holding the following resolutions for further study: Faculty Senate Resolution 09-11 Revised ECU Faculty Manual, Appendix D, Section V. Procedure for Review of Notice of Non-Reappointment or Non-Conferral of Permanent Tenure. This resolution is being held pending corrected language as approved by the Faculty Governance Committee. Faculty Senate Resolution 09-13 Curriculum matters contained in the minutes of the January 22, 2009, and February 12, 2009 committee meetings.
