Actions Taken:

After discussing each, all proposals with mean ratings of less

than 2.70 were eliminated from consideration for recommendation

for funding with the exception of two: Barker (chemistry) and Ford

(music).

Among those proposals with scores greater than 2.70 three were

eliminated from consideration due to procedural irregularities.

These were #'s 8, 10, 21.

Members were to read (or reread) all proposals remaining under

consideration and submit scoring forms to the FS office by noon,

Nov 1.

The committee will meet on November 3 @ 1:00 PM to continue

deliberations.
