1.    Motion: Professor Ravi

      "Give Vice-Chancellor Feldbush the proposals as

      ranked for funding as monies are available."

            Second: Professor Taggart

            Motion Passed

2.    Committee members are reminded to send their

      yellow "Evaluator Sheets" to the Faculty Senate office

      for files.

3.    Committee Chairperson Stanforth will notify

      committee members of the next meeting date and

      time (Spring Term 1997).  Agenda will include

      discussions of proposal guidelines, proposal review

      processes and other items as deemed necessary.
