Research Grants Awarded in 1998-1999.  Discussion

involved: 1) application process, 2) restrictions, 3) criteria,

4) completing the form, 5) budget, 6) evaluation and 5 point

rating system, 6) ad hoc reviewers, and 7) checklist. 

Meeting was continued to April 4, 1997; 1 pm, 105 Rawl.
