Agenda Item: Election of Committee Officers

Discussion:  Roles and responsibilities of committee officers.

Action Taken: Nominations for committee officers were solicited and the following members elected:

Blaise Williams, Chair

Jan Tovey, Vice Chair

Rebecca Torres, Secretary

Agenda Item: Policies and Procedures regarding Teaching Grant Proposals

Action Taken: Clarified policies and procedures regarding roles and responsibilities of the committee and evaluating grant proposals.  The committee also discussed eligibility of applicants and confirmed that full-time Medical School faculty may indeed apply (in response to a query).
