Actions of the Meeting

Dr. Scott called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

The minutes of April 17^th were approved at 4:02 pm.

Agenda Item:  The committee considered whether or not to meet during the summer to consider two codes: the College of Education and the William Laupus Medical Library.

Action Taken: Dr. Scott ascertained that enough members would be able to attend summer meetings to form a quorum, and it was agreed that the committee would meet on May, 29^th, 2003.

Agenda Item:  Dr. Scott asked for volunteers for a temporary secretary position during the summer.

Action Taken: Linda Ingalls volunteered.

Agenda Item:  Dr. Scott made a motion to make a March 1^st deadline for the submission of codes. 

Action Taken: The motion was approved. 

The meeting was adjourned at 4:27 pm.
