Orientation Assistants (OAs)

Orientation Assistants are upper-class students who assist new students in their transition to East Carolina University. They can address questions and concerns that new students may have and give a student perspective on life at ECU. OAs assist in all aspects of the summer orientation programs to ensure that they run smoothly. If you are interested in becoming an Orientation Assistant, please contact the First Year Center. The application and hiring process takes place from November through the end of January each year.
