ECU currently offers more than 70 master's degree programs, 2 intermediate programs, and over 60 graduate certificate programs through our 11 colleges and schools. In addition, we offer 13 research doctoral programs, 6 first professional programs (AuD, DMD, DNP, DPT, EdD, MD) and hold the distinction of being classified among the Doctoral/Research Universities by the Carnegie Foundation. Application/Deadline Notes

The MSTM is designed to serve the needs of students who possess a baccalaureate degree in industrial technology, technology management, applied engineering, engineering technology and other similar technology oriented disciplines. Interested applicants should forward a resume and unofficial transcripts, if available, to mstechsystems@ecu.edu prior to submitting an application. Prospective students may be considered for a GRE waiver if (1) has an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher from a regionally accredited institution with a related Baccalaureate degree program, or (2) a current member of the ECU Honors College in good standing with a related Baccalaureate degree program and a minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher, or (3) has completed at least one of the graduate certificates offered within the department with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher, or (4) has an overall GPA of 2.7 or higher from a regionally accredited institution with a related Baccalaureate degree program and has accumulated a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience over the past 10 years.

Completed application with fee, official transcripts for all colleges/universities attended, 3 letters of recommendation from persons who can attest to the applicant's potential to complete the degree, written statement of purpose, official GRE, GMAT or MAT scores* and resume. *See Application/Deadline Notes above for waiver options.
