GRE, GMAT waived for following applicants: earned a master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline, completed the HSIM Health Informatics certificate at ECU with a GPA ≥ 3.5

Completed application form, Application fee, Official transcripts for all colleges/universities attended, GRE or GMAT scores or official ECU transcript that documents completion of Health Informatics certificate program with minimum 3.5 GPA, 3 Letters of Reference, Resume and Statement of Purpose outlining the goals for pursuing a graduate education.
