James Ellis Biographical Information

James Ellis has been with the Honors Program since August, 2004. Originally from Indiana, Jim likes to consider his move to the warmer climate of North Carolina as a ‘weather up-grade’ where he enjoys year-round golf with his son and trips to the beach with his wife and daughter. He is a 1983 graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He completed a second undergraduate degree in Secondary Business Education from Ball State in 1992. In 2003, he received a Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University. His wife, Maureen, is a faculty member at East Carolina University.
