The above-mentioned estimated costs are for full-time international undergraduate students for the nine month academic year, which includes the Fall and Spring sessions.
Form I-20 or DS-2019 cannot be issued until you have been admitted to East Carolina University, have satisfactorily completed the Confidential Financial Information Form and have returned it to the Office of International Affairs with the evidence of financial resources. Please know that we only accept original bank letters or bank statements from savings or checking accounts.
Please know that East Carolina University does not offer scholarships to international undergraduate students except for very competitive athletic and music scholarships. Students already enrolled at ECU, may apply for small and limited scholarships through individual departments. For more information, please visit the scholarship page.
