Application for Exchange Students

International students interested in studying on exchange to ECU or Study Abroad Coordinators from our bi-lateral partner institutions may download a copy of the ECU bi-lateral exchange application. The application should be completed and submitted to the study abroad office at the home university. Please note that academic transcripts listing previous and current course work must be included in the application. Transcripts should be translated into English.

For spring semester, applications should arrive to ECU by October 15. Applications to study at ECU for the fall semester or academic year should arrive by April 15. Please note that your home university's application deadline will probably be sooner. Applications should be submitted to the International Student Exchange Office at a student’s home university.

To apply for an exchange at ECU, please submit the following forms to your home university’s Study Abroad Coordinator:

TOEFL Scores (if applicable)

Academic Transcripts of all the courses you have taken at the university level (in English)
