Example of assessment plans can be found on the University of Central Florida's assessment website. Plans on this website can be viewed by year under Guests and Visitors. UCF also has both academic and administrative handbooks under Resources that may be useful for assessment units at ECU.  Samples of plans by unit type can be found below.
