Survey Review & Oversight Committee
The formation of the Survey Review & Oversight Committee (SROC) was mandated by the Institutional Survey Administration (informally the Survey Regulation) to oversee as appropriate the development, approval, and administration of institutional surveys. The primary purpose of the Committee is to organize the administration of surveys conducted for the purpose of institutional enhancement. The committee met for the first time in the fall of 2012 and holds regular meetings on the first Monday of each month at 2:00pm.
The Survey Request Form and the Survey Instrument will be submitted to the SROC by the 1st of each month. IRB approval, where applicable, is required prior to submission to SROC. Committee decisions will be communicated to applicants by the 15th of each month.
