Step 5: Apply for Military In-State Tuition
All active duty members, spouses and dependents stationed in North Carolina must apply for a Military In-State (NC) Tuition Waiver. Students must maintain continuous enrollment at ECU and the In-State Tuition Waiver form must be submitted prior to fall semester of each academic year.
