Step 3: Submit official transcripts and test scores

Step 4: Submit official military transcripts

Step 5: Apply for Military In-State Tuition

Step 6: Tuition Assistance

Step 7: Check your ECU email account

Step 8: Register for classes

Step 9: Pay tuition

Step 10: Purchase textbooks
