- Moodle has many advantages which include security, communication features, online content creation tools, and stable online testing.

- At this time, instructors should send your student rosters to collinss@ecu.edu
- How do I remove students from my course?
- Once enrolled in Moodle, instructors can add and remove students from their course.

- Click the arrow button that is pointed toward "Potential Users" or "Existing Users"
- How do students access my course?
- Student access all Moodle courses by going to http://moodle.aos.ecu.edu. Their user id is the same as their regular ECU userid. Their password is set by the Moodle administrator.

- How can I or my students get help with Moodle?
- Professors can e-mail collins@ecu.edu for help. Students can also call the HELP desk at 328-9866.
- My students can't get into my course, or My students don't have a link to my course on their "Available Course" page.
- Your course is probably "Hidden". See below.
- Why is my course "Unavailable", and how do I make it available?
- When Moodle courses are created, the default setting makes them available to students. If you set your course to be hidden you will need to make your courses available to students before they are able to view any of your course content.
- To make your courses available to students:
- In the Settings, under Edit Course Settings, scroll until you find Availability.
- Pull down the tab next to it.
- Select "This course is available to students."
