Task Force

Members of the Faculty Salary Equity Task Force will provide advice and/or responsive feedback regarding decisions about:
  • The scope of the Study
  • Institutional data needed for the analysis
  • Methodology applied in the Study
  • Assessment of the quality of the analysis
  • Communication with campus constituencies
  • Distribution of the results

The Task Force will be asked to address specific topics including, but not limited to: the list of data sources available and the advisability of using particular sources; identification of data elements most important to compensation decisions for which complete and/or useful data is not available; and how best to address any gaps in availability of data for purposes of the analysis.
