Helpdesk for Distance Education Students

In recognition of the needs of information technology assistance for Distance Education students, ITCS is now offering DE students toll free access to our Student Help Desk. The Student Help Desk is an extension of the university help desk, IT Support Services. Upon contacting the Student Help Desk, you can expect to receive the same services offered to ECU on-campus and local students such as password resets, account reactivations, general inquiries, and directions to web resources.
