You can access the OneStop at www.onestop.ecu.edu. Click on the Tools tab and then click on the Tuition Statements and Payments Option in the box labeled courses. Payments can also be made via phone at 252-328-9329 or 1-800-398-9275.

Students who wish to use their financial aid funds and Higher One card to purchase their textbooks at the Dowdy Student Store can do so on or after August 22, 2007. Distance education students are not allotted “Pirate Points” for use at the Dowdy Student Store.

To avoid having class schedules canceled consult the  University Calendar for payment deadlines.

IS FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE?

Detailed information on financial aid can be obtained from the office of Student Financial Aid. You may want to research possible grants and scholarships from outside sources.  You can reach the Financial Aid Office at 252-328-6610 or by visiting their website at http://www.ecu.edu/financial/.

Each registered East Carolina University student will be mailed an ECU Higher One Debit Card at their local address. To receive your refund, you must activate your ECU Higher One Debit Card. During card activation, you will choose how to receive your refund money at www.ECUCard.com. You will have three options for receiving financial aid or other refunds which include direct deposit to your ECU One Account (1 day or less), deposited to another bank of your choice (2-3 business days) or mailed a paper check to the address you designate (5-7 business days). You will receive a notice that your financial aid has been disbursed.

The Division of Continuing Studies is committed to protecting the identity of students. To that end we take all reasonable precautions in the use of social security numbers and support the university's efforts to move to systems that do not require this information.
