History of OTT
  Established in 1997 to create a technology transfer and commercialization Hub.
  OTT utilizes the skills and services of internal and external resources including
  expert  counsel, technology advisors and development partners.
 
  Today ECU's OTT is  recognized nationally for its accomplishments in
  technology transfer and commercialization.
