 OTT 's reputation for effective management of university inventions is built 
 upon a foundation of establishing fair equitable license agreements with all 
 of its licensees. Start up companies wishing to license an ECU invention must 
 demonstrate a sound business strategy by meeting the following requirements:

The license is based on a fully disclosed ECU invention

The start-up has a viable business plan


The start-up has a competent business manager experienced
in business development to serve as CEO/President


Development milestones are established to assure active
progress towards business development
