Business Model Canvas
The Business Model Canvas is a template for businesses, innovators and startups to map their business model. The Canvas is comprised of nine essential components: Value Proposition, Customer Relationships, Customer Segments, Channels, Key Activities, Key Resources, Key Partners, Cost Structure and Revenue Streams. Even if you are a first time innovator or have already started a business venture, the Canvas can assist you in identifying strengths, weaknesses and illustrating potential trade-offs.
