Enrollment Verification

The Office of the Registrar provides Enrollment Verification for students.  This verification can be for registration, anticipated (or actual) graduation date, dates of attendance and other pertinent information.  A request must be made by the student to obtain this verification.  The following is a link to the Enrollment Verification Form that can be printed and mailed or faxed to our office after completion with a signature.

Students may also access the National Student clearinghouse website (http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/) to verify current enrollment and print an official certificate immediately.  There is a $2.50 charge per request. 

In the near future a link will be available to current students in OneStop to access this information and print official certificates at no charge.
