Stimulus Act Funding Information
Congress passed and President Obama signed the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA), also known as the stimulus bill, in February 2009. The $787 billion stimulus bill allocates $21.5 billion for federal research and development to be invested within two years.
