Summer Study Abroad Application: This is the form you fill out to apply for your individual Summer Study Abroad program. Please make sure you fill it out completely - we cannot accept a form that is incomplete. When you are finished, bring your form and the $75.00 application fee to the Division of Continuing Studies, 407-B Self Help Center.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: This form is part of your application. However, it is imperative that you understand the refund and cancellation policy. You may want to keep a copy with your records for reference.

Payment Deadlines: Your Summer Study Abroad program has several payment deadlines. Please download this form for reference. 

Rivers Award Scholarship Application: The Rivers Award is a scholarship program that awards students scholarship money for study abroad programs. The amount of the award can vary.
