2013 Summer Study Abroad Application: This is the form you fill out to apply for your individual Summer Study Abroad program. Please make sure you fill it out completely; we cannot accept a form that is incomplete. When you are finished, take your form to the Faculty Director of your Study Abroad Program for review and approval. When approved, bring your application and the $75.00 application fee to the Office of Continuing Studies, 407-B Self Help Center.

ECU Summer Study Abroad Financial Aid Check List: If you wish to use Financial Aid to support your Study Abroad Program please review the checklist for important procedures and dates.

2013 Financial Aid Eligibility for Study Abroad: To Determine your eligibility, students can complete this 2012-2013 Financial Aid Eligibility for Study Abroad form, and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.

2013 Study Abroad Financial Aid Form: Use this form to apply for Study Abroad financial aid.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: This form is part of your application. However, it is imperative that you understand the refund and cancellation policy. You may want to keep a copy with your records for reference.

2013 Payment Deadlines: Your Summer Study Abroad program has several payment deadlines. Please download this form for reference.

Rivers Award Scholarship Application: The Rivers Award is a scholarship program that awards students scholarship money for study abroad programs. The amount of the award can vary.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program: Offers scholarships for summer programs to students from all majors who meet the program's standard criteria.
