2012 Summer Study Abroad Application: This is the form you fill out to apply for your individual Summer Study Abroad program. Please make sure you fill it out completely; we cannot accept a form that is incomplete. When you are finished, take your form to the Faculty Director of your Study Abroad Program for review and approval. When approved, bring your application and the $75.00 application fee to the Office of Continuing Studies, 407-B Self Help Center.

Summer Study Abroad Financial Aid Application: If you wish to apply for financial aid to assist with your Study Abroad program costs, please review and complete each of these forms and forward to the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: This form is part of your application. However, it is imperative that you understand the refund and cancellation policy. You may want to keep a copy with your records for reference.

2012 Payment Deadlines: Your Summer Study Abroad program has several payment deadlines. Please download this form for reference.

Rivers Award Scholarship Application: The Rivers Award is a scholarship program that awards students scholarship money for study abroad programs. The amount of the award can vary.
