Dear Student:

If you plan to enroll in East Carolina University's Degree in Three Program, please review the important student financial aid information.

To apply for Summer 2007 student financial aid:

You need to have the 2006-07 FAFSA application completed and submitted no later than June 1, 2007. You can apply on-line at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. This is the form you must complete to be considered for summer financial aid.

To apply for Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 student financial aid:

Complete the 2007-08 FAFSA as soon as possible. You can apply on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. You need to complete the 2007-08 FAFSA for fall and spring financial aid. You can do this AFTER January 1, 2007.

** When applying on-line, please make sure you complete the applicable year's FAFSA.

About 3 weeks after you file your FAFSA forms, you will receive your Federal Student Aid Report. When you get that report, you may want to contact our office to check on your financial aid eligibility. We'll get your Federal Student Aid Report information electronically and will begin to correspond with you at that time.
