How the Program WorksMost Degree in Three students enroll in classes year-round. Advisers help students customize a course plan according to their major but the typical three-year student takes between 15-18 hours each fall and spring semester and between 6-12 hours for three summers. (Semester and summer loads are affected by IB, AP, Summer Scholar, and dual enrollment credit.) Rather than planning courses semester by semester, advisers assist students with mapping out their three-year plan early on. While there is room for limited flexibility, three-year students should understand that finishing their degree more quickly may involve less variety when it comes to choosing general education and elective course work. |
