 You Are Admitted, Now What?

  • Enrollment Verification
    You must submit the Enrollment Verification/Tuition Deposit form along
    with a $100 non refundable deposit to Cashier's Office, Old Cafeteria
    Complex, Greenville NC 27858.  The form will be located in your admissions packet, so be sure to submit your deposit as soon as you receive the admissions packet.

  • Financial Aid
    Be sure to complete a (Free Application for Financial Student Aid)
    FAFSA form as soon as possible, and include ECU as an official recipient of your SAR (Student Aid Report). This will determine your eligibility for grants, loans, work study and other financial aid programs. 
    ECU's FAFSA code is 002923

  • Immunization/Health Form
    The Report of Medical History must be submitted     in order to continue enrollment at ECU by NC law.  Failure to complete and submit this form will be grounds for automatic dismissal.  If you are a completing a degree program online and have questions on whether or not you need to submit a 
    Report of Medical History form, please contact the Academic Outreach Department at 252.328.9206 for information. 

  • Student Technology Resources 
    Once you     receive your Banner ID from the First Year Center, you will
    need to set up your ECU e-mail account. 

  • Living Arrangements 
    If you plan on living off campus you can check various apartments and other residential information at the Off Campus Living website. If you choose to live and dine on campus, please submit your housing and dining contract and deposit  as soon as possible. 

  • Official Transcripts
    Enrolling students must submit their final official transcripts from all institutions attended (including graduation date) before the start of the upcoming academic year.  Send transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 106 Whichard Building, East Carolina University, Greenville, NC 27858-4353.

  • Orientation
    Your orientation registration mailing will be sent after you receive your admissions packet.  During Orientation you will be meet your advisor, register for class, obtain your student ID, and complete various other activities to help ensure a smooth transition into the ECU community.

  • Campus Visits
    You can arrange a campus information session and tour through the 
    admissions office,by emailing the Admissions Office at admis@ecu.edu or 
    by visiting the Admissions Office "Visit Campus" page.
