Poster Submission

Posters will only be printed for ECU faculty and staff for research/creative activity presentations and official ECU functions. We will not print posters for personal use. You may be questioned in the manner the poster will be used. We reserve the right to refuse printing to anyone.

Research posters are given first priority and are printed on a first come first serve basis. Most of the time posters will be printed within 24 hours, unless we experience a high number of requests or there is a problem with the poster. Please do not wait until the last day to submit your poster for printing.

Posters will be printed Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, excluding holidays. During summer schedule posters will be printed Monday - Thursday.

Printing Guidelines:

• Only ECU faculty and staff (and students working with a faculty member on research) may request posters.
• File formats accepted are PDF (preferred), PowerPoint and PhotoShop.
  
• Maximum size is 42"x84"
• Mimimum size is 11"x17". To print documents 11"x17" or smaller, contact ECU Rapid Copy.
• We do not print multiple copies unless there is a problem such as an error or there are multiple authors (we will print copies for each author). For production printing contact University Printing and Graphics.
• We are not responsible for formatting or editing posters.
• We do not trim, laminate or mount posters.
