The ECU 1 Card, as well as the CopiServ Card, may be used in place of coins or currency in many campus copy machines. Library computer labs are equipped with networked digital copiers which accept the ECU 1 Card as payment for printing. These machines have card-readers which "read" the amount of funds available on the "off-line" magnetic stripe on the back of your card. Funds are added at "Cash-to-Card" machines. If you lose your 1 Card, please note that we are unable to deter the use of off-line accounts, such as copying, on your old card. As a result, we strongly recommend that you add money to your 1 Card for copes in $5 or less increments, then add more when needed.
