Welcome to the Classification and Compensation Unit.  Our Personnel Analysts are committed to serving the University community in a timely and professional manner.  The "Class and Comp" Unit is responsible for administering the State of North Carolina Classification and Compensation Plan for ECU positions subject to the State Personnel Act (SPA)  Analysts are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. to speak with you regarding any of your University  questions.
