Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is responsible for managing the Banner Human Resources module and supporting the information needs of Human Resources.  We collaborate to adjust Banner design and improve business processes, training, documentation and support.  We develop automation projects to improve efficiency and data integrity, and accommodate emerging data requirements.  In addition, we manage ODS reporting for HR, consult with users to explain system elements and prepare reports.

 

BANNER TRAINING CLASSES

  • Banner HR100-INB - offered monthly. Enroll online at Cornerstone Employee Training or in the Tools section on Onestop Intro to Banner Human Resources. Required for anyone with access to Banner HR.  Prerequisite for EPAF training.
  • Banner HR200-EPAF Training - offered monthly. Enroll online at Cornerstone Employee Training or in the Tools section on Onestop Required for anyone who initiates or approves Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs).
  • Banner HR201-EPAF Walk-In Help Session - offered periodically.  Announced via e-mail.  Walk-in help sessions offered periodically to assist users with EPAFs and answer general questions.
