The committees and their jurisdictions were approved by a vote of the Board on August 22, 2007. These guidelines are drawn from Appendix 1 of the UNC Code: "Delegation of Duty and Authority to Boards of Trustees" and from the Bylaws of the ECU Board of Trustees before the committees were reorganized by the Board in a bylaw change on August 22, 2007.
