OLIVIA COLLIER

Olivia Collier is a 2002 East Carolina University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She received her Master of Public Administration degree from East Carolina in 2004. Ms. Collier is Appalachian Regional Commission Program Manager for the North Carolina Department of Commerce. Ms. Collier and her husband, George, a 2000 and 2004 alumnus of East Carolina, reside in Fuquay-Varina.
