Michael Moseley is a 1980 East Carolina University alumnus with an MAEd degree in Special Education/Mental Retardation. He is Director of the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services in Raleigh. Mr. Moseley and his wife, Cassandra, reside in Kinston.
