Daniel Hardy is a 1987 East Carolina University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning. He is President of Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates in Kitty Hawk. Mr. Hardy and his wife, Pat, a 1983 East Carolina alumna, reside in Southern Shores.
