Recognition Programs to Recognize Efforts by the University Community to Reduce Energy Consumption, Conserve Natural Resources, and Protect the Environment

The University Utility Conservation & Awareness Committee has initiated the following programs to promote efforts to reduce energy consumption, conserve natural resources, and protect the environment in the University community by individuals, departments, and units.

Recognition of Conservation Efforts by Individuals, Departments, and Units

The University Utility Conservation & Awareness Committee has established this page to share special efforts by individuals, units, and departments to reduce energy consumption, conserve natural resources, and protect the environment in the University community.

EcoStar Champion

EcoStar Champion is a program initiated by the University Utility Conservation & Awareness Committee to recognize individuals, departments, and units on unique ways and significant suggestions to reduce energy consumption by the University community. The University Utility Conservation & Awareness Committee will evaluate suggestions and recognize individuals, units, and departments as EcoStar Champions for accepted conservation ideas of significant value.

ECU "Beat the Peak" Energy Conservation Team Recognition

The University Utility Conservation & Awareness Committee has established this page to recognize University departments or offices that are committed to and actively participate in the University's "Beat the Peak" energy conservation effort.
