Construct a new 3,000 seat baseball stadium to replace the existing seating bowl at Harrington Field. All new construction is intended to be completed between the 2004 and 2005 baseball seasons. The new seating bowl will contain bleacher and individual seats, a press box and upgraded areas for booster club participants. Beneath the seating bowl the facility will include offices for the coaching staff, locker, training and equipment rooms. Site work will include parking for +100 cars and upgrading the surrounding area to create a new entrance and pedestrian plaza.
