Replace Fleming Residence Hall HVAC & Umstead Residence Hall Chiller

The Fleming portion of the project consists of replacing the existing forced-air HVAC system with a new VAV system & ducted return. The Umstead portion is to replace only the chiller because of age/condition. Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm will be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
