Description of Work

This project is a continuation of the East Carolina University growth of clinic services at our Health Sciences Campus.  This program is for a new Geriatrics Clinic space of approximately 10,000 square feet with a total project budget of $2,500,000.  The new facility will be located on the Health Sciences Campus west of Emergency Drive in proximity to the new Eastern Carolina Cardiovascular Institute, and the new School of Allied Health Sciences, School of Nursing, and Allied Health Library.  The new building will need to be designed to compliment the appearance of the new campus buildings and be site design must work within the framework of the HSC Master Plan.  The new building will be comprises of exam room, clinical support spaces, offices, patient services and building support spaces.  Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering services will be included as part of the design services.
