Participation Requests for Chancellor

Enter the date of your event. Please note that potential date availability does not constitute confirmation of the Chancellor’s presence. We will confirm with the point of contact identified below.

Please indicate the name/title of the event

Please include building, room number or address if away from campus and any pertinent directions.

Please enter the email address of the person coordinating the event. Emails regarding this event (including confirmation or regards of Chancellor's participation) will be done exclusively with this email address.

Indicate when the event will begin. (i.e 6:00 pm)

Indicate when the event will begin. (i.e 8:00 pm)

Indicate when the Chancellor is asked to arrive and when his involvement in the event is expected to end (example: if welcoming guests, the Chancellor may arrive at the beginning of the event and depart the event after his welcome, etc.)

Include all categories of guests you expect to attend the event; be as specific as possible (students, faculty, staff, community, BOT, BOG, Elected officials, etc.)
Indicate the specific role you wish the Chancellor to fulfill at the event. Consider your goals for the event and how the Chancellor can support them most effectively.

   
   
If the Chancellor is requested to welcome or introduce a speaker or make brief remarks, background notes must be submitted to the Chancellor’s assistant no later than two weeks prior to the event. If the Chancellor is requested to deliver a keynote or other substantive address, significant notice is required (minimum of eight weeks).
