Public Service Fellows Program (PSF) at East Carolina University was funded by the State Employees Credit Union Foundation in spring of 2015.  PSF connects the University and communities through projects that address community-identified priorities. Undergraduate student placements provide opportunities for fellows to develop leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication, and project management skills as well as to allow them to network in professional settings.

All students selected for the PFI program must have undergraduate status and meet the following eligibility requirements by the internship start date:

  • North Carolina Resident
  • 3.0 GPA or above in major field of study
  • Completed at least 60 semester credit hours
