Advancement Services provides fundamental support to the work of the Division of University Advancement at East Carolina University.  Our responsibility is to store and retrieve information efficiently and accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.  We facilitate the relationships between East Carolina University and its alumni, students, parents, and other constituents through data maintenance and extraction, prospect research and tracking.

Our ONE database contains more than 170,000 entries. Each year we process approximately 150,000 demographic changes, 600 reports and more than 250 donor profiles.
