Checks are to be made payable to East Carolina University (or can be abbreviated as ECU) and should be written for the amount of tuition, fees, room and board (if applicable) only. To ensure payments are posted timely and accurately, please include the following information on the check:
1. Student’s full name
2. Student’s Banner ID
3. Student’s permanent home address
4. Telephone number
Also, please make sure the written amount of the check matches the numerical amount of the check.
Post dated checks will not be accepted.
