Administration

The purpose of the Human Resources administration unit is to:

• Strategically support the administration of East Carolina University by providing advice and counsel regarding Human Resources issues
• Establish Human Resources policy, procedure and automation that will advance the HR agenda for ECU
• Work within the State and University systems to advance an HR program that will benefit ECU employees and its administration
